Sky (whelped 1/ 15/ 05) is the grandson of CH Additions Go Boy and the greatgrandson of CH Miller's Silver Bullet. In his four-generation pedigree there are nine Hall of Fame Dogs. Sky is a large, smooth gaited dog that can cover a lot of ground quickly ranging out from 75 to 100 yards. Sky has a good nose for birds and a good pointing style. Sky has been whoa trained and holds his point well. He is easily controlled with the whistle. He has hunted both wild and pen raised birds. This season both wild Blue and Bobwhite Quail were hunted and shot over him. Sky has had all of his shots, including rattlesnake vaccine. On January 29, 2007 we made a DVD of Sky taking whistle and whoa commands. In this DVD, we show Sky finding a pen raised Bobwhite quail and holding his point while the quail was flushed and shot at.
